*Información de envío de Archivos:Tras analizar detenidamente el briefing facilitado por el cliente, se desarrollan varias propuestas de diseño acordes a los objetivos del proyecto. El plazo de entrega habitual es de dos a tres días laborables, pudiendo variar en función del servicio contratado y la complejidad del proyecto.El cliente podrá solicitar ajustes dentro del proceso creativo hasta la aprobación final del diseño. El pago se realiza únicamente una vez el cliente está satisfecho y apruebe la propuesta final. Tras la aprobación y el pago, se entregan los archivos finales como arte definitivo, optimizados para su correcto uso en los distintos soportes.Los derechos de uso del diseño se transfieren al cliente una vez completado el pago.

Payment Process: The total price of the product must be paid after approval of the final design and before delivery of the final high-resolution files. Accepted Payment Methods: Payments are accepted via credit/debit card, PayPal, and bank transfer. Any fees arising from bank commissions or external platform charges will be the responsibility of the client. Intellectual Property: The rights to exploit and commercially use the designs will be transferred to the client only after receipt of full payment for the project. Until then, the authorship and ownership of the submitted proposals belong exclusively to mindlogo. Cancellations: If the client decides to cancel the project after the proposal phase, the initial deposit will be retained as payment for the work completed to date.
