After carefully analyzing the brief provided by the client, several design proposals are developed in accordance with the project objectives. The usual delivery time is two to three business days, but this may vary depending on the service contracted and the complexity of the project.
The client can request adjustments throughout the creative process until the final design approval. Payment is only made once the client is satisfied and approves the final proposal. After approval and payment, the final artwork files are delivered, optimized for use across various media.
The rights to use the design are transferred to the client once payment is completed.

Accepted online payment methods
Payment Process: The total price of the product must be settled after approval of the final design and before delivery of the final high-resolution files.
Accepted Payment Methods: We accept payments by credit/debit card, PayPal, and bank transfer. Any fees arising from bank commissions or external platform charges will be the responsibility of the customer.
Intellectual Property: The rights to exploit and commercially use the designs will be transferred to the client only after receipt of full payment for the project. Until then, the authorship and ownership of the submitted proposals belong exclusively to mindlogo.
Cancellations: If the client decides to cancel the project after the proposal phase, the initial deposit will be retained as a fee for the work performed to date.
