1. Vector Files (Professional Editing and Printing)
These are the most important because they allow you to scale the logo to any size without losing quality.
AI (Adobe Illustrator): The original "master file" where the design was created.
EPS: The gold standard for professional printers.
PDF (Editable): Versatile and easy to open; ideal for clients to view the design without specialized software while maintaining vector properties.
SVG: Vector format for the web (logos that don't pixelate in browsers).
2. Raster or Bitmap Files (Daily and Digital Use)
PNG (Transparent Background): The most commonly used by clients to place the logo over photos or colored backgrounds on websites and presentations.
JPG (Solid Background): For social media profiles or documents where transparency is not required. It must be delivered in high resolution (300 dpi) and optimized for the web (72 dpi).
3. Logo Variations
Full Color Version: In CMYK (for print) and RGB (for digital) modes.
Black and White Version: Essential for official documents, stamps, or invoices.
Negative/White Version: For dark backgrounds.
4. Identity Manual (The Guide)
This is the rulebook that explains how to use the brand.
PDF: The primary format (Colors, Typography, Prohibited Uses).
Print Version: A PDF formatted with crop marks if the client wants a physical copy.
Editable File (AI or INDD): Adobe Illustrator or InDesign file so the guide can be updated as the brand grows.
Typography
Font Files: OTF (OpenType) or TTF (TrueType) formats.
Web Fonts: WOFF or WOFF2 formats if the manual includes specifications for web developers.
Legal Note: If the fonts are paid, we include links to foundries such as Google Fonts or Adobe Fonts to purchase your own license.
Color Palette and Textures
Color Swatches: Exact colors for Photoshop or Illustrator.
Patterns: If you designed corporate backgrounds or textures, please submit them in high-resolution JPG/PNG and vector format.
